Winter Retreats 2026

Pre-Register:

Pre-Register your group by calling our office @ 641-829-3824 to reserve your spots in your preferred weekend!  Availability is limited, by pre-registering your group you are agreeing to pay registrations for the number of campers/counselors you submit. 


Deadlines:

  • Retreats #1-3 - Deadline for Payment is December 15, 2025
  • Retreat #4 - Deadline for Payment is January 15, 2026
  • Camper Medical Forms - Deadline is seven days prior to the retreat, email a copy to camp@irbc.org.  All campers are required to fill out this form.

How to Register your Church: 

Fill out the online form to register. Payment options are by check or credit card (credit payments incur a 3% processing fee).

  • Church Registration Form - Online

Retreats #1 & #4

  • Campers: $100
  • Counselors: $60
  • Registration/Check In - Friday 7:00-8:00pm
  • Retreat Ends - Sunday 11:30am

Retreats #2 & #3

  • Campers: $70
  • Counselors: $40
  • Registration/Check In:  Friday 6:30-7:15pm
  • Retreat Ends: Saturday 4:15pm


Counselors:

  • Counselors are required for both guy & girl campers.  
  • Campers will be housed by age group for the Combined Retreat, counselors are required for both age groups.

T-Shirts:

Every camper & counselor receives a free t-shirt if registered by the deadline.  Be sure to collect everyone's shirt size!


Cancellation Policy:

Call our office with cancellations, this allows us to open up spots for additional campers.  Registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable to a different camper (from the same church) attending 2026 Winter Retreats Only.


Additional Campers:

It's required that you call IRBC with additional camper numbers to check availability.  Please do NOT arrive with non-registered campers, there may not be space.  


Individual Campers:

If your church is not attending, please call our office to register an individual camper (space is limited for campers coming outside of a church group).
