Counselors for Special Camp & Youth Camps

Our counselors are men and women from our local churches that love young people. They seek to make a difference in campers lives at camp AND at home!  Counselors have a unique opportunity to demonstrate the love and power of Jesus Christ in the lives of our campers. All counselors have been approved by their home church and have received training here at IRBC.

Please contact your pastor for more information.

Counselor Training Weekend

This weekend is designed to give you the tools needed to build relationships with campers, equip you for conversations with your campers, and most of all challenge you to be a light to this next generation. All first time counselors are required to attend Counselor Training. Repeat counselors are required to attend every other year. But it's so much fun that we think you should come every year! (First time counselors will receive a notebook, returning counselors will receive notes to put in their notebook.)
