We would love to have you join us for Water & Work Week, our part time staff try-out week! We spend this week learning together, on the job training, studying & memorizing God's Word, and building friendships as we serve the Lord together!
Applications for our Part Time Staff will be available in January 2026.
Steps to Apply:
- Submit Application & Lifeguard Application (if applicable)
- Application Deadline: Postmarked by/on May 1, 2026 (don't be late!)
- IRBC will send applicants a letter in May with more information regarding WWW.
- Attend Launch Week - June 8-13, 2026
- If you are hired, you will find out your summer schedule on Saturday, June 13th!
Lifeguards:
The Red Cross has published a new 2024 Lifeguard Training Manual. This 2024 book is required for all new and returning lifeguards (you may not use the 2017 version). Please read through the Lifeguard Application for all the requirements & supplies needed.
Applicants must be 14 years and entering the 8th grade (or older) the fall of 2026 to be eligible to apply.
(Those who are 13 years old and entering the 8th grade should contact IRBC for eligibility.)
