Pre-Register:
Pre-Register your group by calling our office @ 641-829-3824 to reserve your spots in your preferred weekend! Call soon as availability is limited each weekend! By pre-registering your group you are agreeing to pay registrations for the number of campers/counselors you submit.
Deadlines:
- January Retreats - Deadline for Payment is December 15, 2023
- February Retreats - Deadline for Payment is January 15, 2024
- Camper Medical Forms - Deadline is seven days prior to the retreat, email a copy to camp@irbc.org
Forms:
Counselors:
Counselors are required for both guy & girl campers.
Cancellation Policy:
Call our office with cancellations, this allows us to open up more spots for other campers. Registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable to a different camper (from the same church) attending 2024 Winter Retreats Only.
Additional Campers:
It's required that you call IRBC with additional camper numbers to check availability. Please do NOT arrive with non-registered campers, there may not be space.
